Jonathan C. Willard is the CEO of a comprehensive health care, environmental, and laboratory gas service and consulting company. He has worked in every aspect of the medical gas industry for the last 30 years, including regulatory compliance, consulting, design, construction, testing, training, and emergency preparedness. His involvement in health care projects have taken him all over the world, including a combat zone in Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the Korean Peninsula, Post Hurricane Haiti, and his personal favorite St. Lucia.

Mr. Willard is the chairman of the NFPA 55 Technical Committee for Industrial and Medical Gases and a Principal Member of the both the Medical Gas Piping and Hyperbaric Technical Committees for NFPA 99. His credentials include being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP©), a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), and a LEED Accredited Professional (AP), with a Master of Science degree in Business Education (MBE), and currently serves on the Medical Gas Professional Healthcare Organization (MGPHO) Board of Directors.
